Ignorance is bliss? If eating velveeta is how I go, I am ok with it. Of course, velveeta.is velveeta even really cheese? I would look it up, but honestly I don’t even want to know. So I shredded my own cheddar cheese, however if you are in a pinch you can still use pre-shredded. Apparently, when you shred your own cheese it melts better than the pre-shredded kind.
